Infinity Cube Crochet Pattern

What is better than a crochet toy? A crochet fidget toy!

What is fun about this toy is that it is super easy to make and super fun as well!

Material

  • Cotton yarn in 7 colors (6 for the cubes and 1 to join the cubes)
  • 3 mm crochet hook
  • Needle
  • Scissors
  • Toy stuffing

Stitched Used | Abbreviations

  • Slip stitch (sl st)
  • Chain (ch)
  • Single crochet (sc)
  • * * – repeat sequence

Notes

  • The number at the end of each row in () indicates the number of total stitches.

Pattern

  • Square Side x6

Using one of the colors

Row 1: sl knot, ch 11, sc starting from the 2nd chain away from the hook, *sc* across (10)

Row 2-10: *sc* all across (10)

Cut the yarn and finish off

Repeat the square side using the 5 other colors.

  • Joining the Square

Place the squares in a specific pattern. Align the edges of the squares and using the 7th color; attach the yarn and *sc* across while joining two sides together. Continue to join sides until a cube is formed. Before closing the cube, stuff the cube with toy stuffing.

*Repeat until you have a total of 8 cubes*

  • Joining the Cubes

Join the 2 upper cubes together by stitching the two edges that are side by side. Then stitch the 2 bottom cubes similar to the upper cubes. Stitch the 2 red cubes in the middle to the 2 green cubes in the middle. Then turn the whole thing to the right and stitch the upper 2 squares together and the lower 2 squares together. Then turn the whole thing to the left and repeat the same stitches on the other side.

Aaaaand you’re done!
