Meal planning is not just about plannning the meals for a week, it is also a LIFE SAVIOR!
I absolutely can’t stand going through a week of non-planned meals. It literally throws me off the entire week all because every day I have to wake up and ask myself the most tiring question “What should I eat today?” Thinking of meals on the same day is not only annoying, but I will probably end up having to do some last-minute shopping because of missing ingredients.
SO! In the aim of avoiding the “What should I eat today” question, I always create a Weekly Meal Planner!
I go with a weekly design for my meal planner because it is just easier for me to plan for one-week ahead instead of the whole month. I also include a “Shopping List” for any ingredients that I will need for my meals.
